Is Sara a real mobile app?
Yes. Sara is a mobile app available on Android through Google Play. On iPhone, check availability in your country’s App Store. It works directly from your smartphone, on the move, on site or between clients.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Sara?
No. Sara is designed for professionals who don't have time to learn complex software. You speak normally, Sara understands and prepares the requested action. No training, no syntax to learn.
Does Sara replace a real secretary?
Sara does not replace every task a human secretary can handle. She helps with everyday admin — invoices, quotes, scheduling and client management — directly from your phone.

Yes. Say “Create a £350 invoice for John Smith”. Sara prepares the PDF invoice with the client name, amount, date and automatic number. You then review the information before using or sending the invoice.

Yes. From a job site, your car or your office, dictate your quote out loud. Sara prepares it as a professional PDF from your voice request, then you review the information before using or sending it.
Does Sara manage my clients like a CRM?
Yes. Sara centralises all your clients in a smart database. Each client file contains their complete history — invoices, quotes, appointments. Instant voice access: "Show me the information for my client John Smith."
Does Sara manage my agenda?
Yes. Add appointments by voice from anywhere. Sara saves them and lets you add tasks or reminders to organise your follow-up.

Pricing and Subscriptions
How much does Sara cost?
Sara offers three plans. Free plan: 5 clients total, 5 quotes/month, 3 invoices/month, 5 voice commands/month and 1 user. Solo plan at €29.90/month: unlimited clients, invoices and quotes, 50 voice commands per month. Group plan at €49.90/month: up to 3 users in total, 150 voice commands per month.
Is there an annual subscription?
Yes. Annual subscriptions are available with 2 months free. Solo annual plan at €299/year which is €24.90/month. Group annual plan at €499/year which is €41.58/month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time from the app settings with no penalty. The annual subscription is a firm 12-month commitment — no pro-rata refund if cancelled before the end date.

Is my data secure?

Is Sara GDPR compliant?
Yes. Sara is developed by HealthGenius OÜ, a company registered in Europe. All data is processed in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation.
Can I export my data from Sara?
Yes. Sara allows you to export your invoices and quotes as PDF at any time. Your client data and documents remain accessible and downloadable directly from the app.
