  • Professional data: information about your company, clients, invoices and quotes
  • Usage data: connection logs, language preferences
  • Audio data: voice recordings processed by AI (not retained after processing)

3. Processing Purposes

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and improve application services
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Process your voice commands via AI
  • Send you service-related notifications and communications
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the contract (terms of use) and your consent for marketing communications.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription and 3 years after its termination, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

We never sell your data. It may be shared with:

  • Supabase (storage and authentication)
  • OpenAI (voice processing — data not retained)
  • Stripe (payments — financial data only)
  • Google Analytics 4 (website audience measurement — only after your consent)

8. Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses technical elements required for operation. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure audience and understand how the website is used.
