Article 1 — Publisher

The Sara Secretaire AI application is published by HealthGenius OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

Article 2 — Description of Service

Sara is a mobile AI voice secretary application designed for freelancers and small businesses. It enables users to:

  • Create invoices and quotes by voice
  • Manage a client database (CRM)
  • Organise a schedule and tasks
  • Send documents by email as PDF
  • Use voice commands in French, English and Arabic

Article 3 — Access to Service

Use of Sara is reserved for adults or legal entities acting in a professional capacity. The application is available on iOS via the App Store and on Android via the Google Play Store.

Article 4 — Subscriptions

Sara offers several subscription plans:

  • A free plan with limited access to features
  • A Solo plan for individual professionals
  • A Group plan for teams of up to 3 users in total

Annual plans are available with a discount equivalent to two months free.

Optional voice recharge packs are available to increase the number of available voice commands.

Applicable rates are those displayed at the time of subscription. They may vary depending on the subscription channel and country of residence.

Article 5 — Payment and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged at each renewal date according to the chosen duration (monthly or annual). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Article 6 — Cancellation and Refund

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the application settings or the subscription platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is granted for the remaining period.

In accordance with European legislation, users have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, unless the service has begun with their express agreement before the expiry of this period.

Article 7 — Liability

HealthGenius OÜ commits to providing the service with reasonable care. However, the company cannot be held liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
  • Data loss resulting from improper use of the application
  • The accuracy of documents generated by the voice AI — users remain responsible for verifying their invoices and quotes before sending

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

The Sara application, its interface, algorithms and all content are the exclusive property of HealthGenius OÜ. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or exploitation is prohibited.

Users retain ownership of their data — clients, invoices and documents generated through the application.

Article 9 — Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy accessible from the application and at saraapp.ai/privacy.

Article 10 — Amendment of Terms

HealthGenius OÜ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes via an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 11 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution.
